Services for Norma Jean Fowler will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at St. Pius X Church, 4300 N Market St, Shreveport, LA 71107. We will have visitation at 10 am, and a memorial service will follow at 11 am with Deacon Jeff Chapman officiating.
